Applying to our accredited summer programmes

Apply now to discover an enriching study experience with us in summer 2026.

How to apply:

1. Decide how many summer programmes you would like to apply for

You can choose: 

  • a single programme from either session for 10 UK (5 ECTS/ 2 to 3 US) credits 
  • a dual programme - one programme from session 1 and another from session 2 for 20 UK (10 ECTS/5 to 6 US) credits 
  • our STEM Research Internship programme for 6 weeks and 20 UK (10 ECTS/5 to 6 US) credits 

2. Check you meet our entry requirements on our programme pages

Session 1 programmes (14 June to 4 July 2026)

· Arts, Activism and Social Justice

· Medieval Studies

· Hong Kong History 

Session 2 programmes (5 July to 25 July 2026)

· Biomedical Sciences Lab

· Environmental Humanities

Internships (5 July to 15 August 2026)

· STEM Research Internships (6 weeks from 5 July to 15 August 2026)

3. Prepare your documents

You’ll need to submit:

· a recent university transcript (in English) for completed units/modules and a list of unfinished and future units/modules for this academic year;

· evidence of your English language skills (unless you are a native speaker or your university course is taught in English);

· a short statement (maximum 250 words) explaining why you are applying to each summer programme you've chosen.

Please note: Arts, Activism and Social Justice and STEM Research Internship students need to submit more specific information for their statement. See the application form for details.
